Six stations. One trusted
ground partner.

Paris is served by seven major rail terminals — each with its own character, its own crowd, and its own navigation challenge. Our chauffeurs know every platform exit, every concourse layout, and every meeting point in each station — positioning themselves precisely where you will see them first.

TGV Sud-Est · Italy · Switzerland
Gare de Lyon
TGV Marseille, Lyon, Nice, Geneva · Trenitalia (Milan, Rome) · RER A & D

The gateway to the south of France, Switzerland, and Italy. Arrivals from the Côte d’Azur, the Alps, and international services from Milan and Rome terminate here. Your driver meets you at the main concourse level, Hall 1, immediately below the platforms — clearly positioned with your name sign.

TGV Atlantique · Brittany · South-West
Gare Montparnasse
TGV Bordeaux, Nantes, Rennes, Brest, La Rochelle · TGV Spain (Madrid, Barcelona)

The main terminus for Atlantic France — Bordeaux in 2 hours, Rennes in 1h25, Nantes in 2h — and international TGV services to Spain. Your driver meets you at the main arrivals hall, ground level exit, with your name sign immediately as you descend from the platforms.

TGV Est · Germany · Luxembourg
Gare de l’Est
TGV Strasbourg, Reims, Metz · ICE Germany · Luxembourg direct

The terminus for eastern France and international services to Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. Arrivals from Strasbourg (1h47), Frankfurt (3h40), and Munich (5h50). A quieter, more manageable station — your driver meets you at the main hall exit on Boulevard de Strasbourg.

Intercités · Normandy · Havre
Gare Saint-Lazare
Intercités Normandy · Le Havre · Caen · Cherbourg · RER E & Transilien

Paris’s second-busiest station — primarily serving the Normandy region and western suburbs. For guests arriving from Deauville, Caen, Le Havre, or Cherbourg, your driver meets you at the main concourse exit on Rue d’Amsterdam, clearly visible as you exit the platforms.

Intercités · Loire Valley · Spain
Gare d’Austerlitz
Intercités Tours, Orléans · Night trains Spain · RER C

A quieter terminus serving the Loire Valley, Orléans, and overnight services to Spain. Your driver meets you at the main station entrance on Boulevard de l’Hôpital — easily navigable and one of Paris’s most manageable arrival stations.

Why a private chauffeur
beats the taxi rank

Real-time train tracking

Your driver monitors your train from departure — delays, early arrivals, and platform changes are all tracked automatically. You never need to call us or update your arrival time.

Platform exit positioning

Your driver does not wait in the main concourse — he waits at the specific platform exit, immediately as you descend from the train, before the crowds. Your name sign is the first thing you see.

Luggage handled immediately

Your driver takes your bags from the moment you meet — no lifting, no navigating crowded station corridors with trolleys. Bags go from platform to vehicle boot without effort on your part.

Fixed price — no meter shock

Your fare is confirmed at booking — tolls, fuel, and VAT all included. No taxi meter running while you search for your luggage. No surge pricing at peak arrival times. One price, always.

Multilingual chauffeurs

English and French as standard. Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, and German-speaking drivers available on request — essential for international train arrivals from London, Milan, Madrid, and Frankfurt.

Absolute discretion

For business executives and VIP passengers, our drivers are trained to manage arrivals with maximum discretion — no unnecessary communication, no attention drawn, no questions asked about your journey.

Paris Train Station Transfer — The Complete Guide

A private chauffeur train station transfer in Paris is the premium alternative to the taxi rank, the Uber queue, and the public transport maze that awaits most travellers when they step off a train at one of Paris’s major termini. Paris’s seven main stations collectively handle over 3 million passengers per day — and the experience of arriving by train and then navigating to your hotel by public transport or taxi is, in peak hours, genuinely challenging.

With a pre-booked private chauffeur, the transition from train to Paris is reduced to its simplest possible form: step off the train, walk thirty metres to find your driver, hand over your bags, and be driven directly to your destination in a clean, quiet, climate-controlled vehicle. Nothing more is required of you.

Eurostar Transfer from Gare du Nord — Why It Matters

The Eurostar from London St Pancras arrives at Gare du Nord — the busiest station in Europe. For passengers arriving from London, often after a full day of travel, navigating Gare du Nord’s vast main hall, finding the taxi rank on the exterior, and then waiting in a queue of 30 to 50 people is a consistently frustrating experience — particularly with luggage.

Our Eurostar meet & greet service positions your driver in the dedicated international arrivals zone at Gare du Nord — beyond passport control and customs, at the exit of the Eurostar arrivals corridor. You see your name sign before you see the main station hall. Your luggage is taken immediately. You are in your vehicle and en route to your hotel within five minutes of clearing customs. For the Eurostar traveller, this is the obvious way to complete the London-to-Paris journey.

TGV Arrivals — Gare de Lyon and Gare Montparnasse

France’s TGV network delivers passengers to Paris from every corner of the country — and from Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. The two primary TGV arrival stations are Gare de Lyon (for the south-east, the Riviera, the Alps, and international services) and Gare Montparnasse (for the Atlantic coast, Brittany, and Spain).

Both stations are large and complex — and both have taxi ranks that are frequently overwhelmed during peak arrival windows. A pre-booked chauffeur transfer eliminates the rank entirely. Your driver is in position before your train pulls in, and the transition from platform to vehicle takes under five minutes regardless of how busy the station is.

Station-to-Station Connections in Paris

One of the most common — and most stressful — train travel scenarios in Paris is the inter-station connection: arriving at Gare du Nord and needing to reach Gare de Lyon or Gare Montparnasse to continue your journey. By public transport, this requires navigating two complex stations, carrying luggage on the Paris metro, and hoping your connection timing holds.

Our inter-station transfer service covers every combination of Paris termini — from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon, from Gare Montparnasse to Gare de l’Est, and any other pairing. Fixed price, door-to-door between station entrances, with luggage handled throughout. Timing is calculated based on your actual arrival time and departure time — we ensure you make your connection.

For a smooth train arrival — what to have ready

🚆 Train number: Provide your exact train number at booking (e.g. ES9039 for Eurostar, TGV 6221 for TGV). We use this to track your arrival automatically — no need to update us if delayed.

🏛️ Station: Confirm which Paris station your train arrives at. If you are unsure, share your origin and train operator and we will identify the arrival station.

📱 WhatsApp: Your driver will send you a WhatsApp message as your train approaches Paris, confirming his exact position in the station. Save his number when you receive your booking confirmation.

🧳 Luggage: Your driver takes your bags immediately on meeting — no trolleys needed. If you have particularly heavy or numerous bags, mention this at booking so we ensure the right vehicle is assigned.

Train Station Transfer — FAQ

Where exactly will my driver be waiting at Gare du Nord?

For Eurostar arrivals, your driver waits in the dedicated international arrivals zone — beyond passport control and customs, at the exit of the Eurostar arrivals corridor. For domestic and Thalys arrivals, your driver waits at the main hall exit closest to your platform, with your name sign clearly visible. The exact meeting point is confirmed in your booking confirmation and via WhatsApp on the day of arrival.

What if my train is delayed?

We track your train in real time from departure. If your train is delayed — by 20 minutes or 2 hours — your driver adjusts his arrival time automatically and is always in position when you actually arrive. You are never charged for waiting caused by train delays. Simply walk off the train and find your driver waiting.

Can you do inter-station transfers — from one Paris station to another?

Yes — this is one of our most useful services. If you arrive at Gare du Nord and need to reach Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, or any other Paris terminus to continue your journey, we provide a direct private transfer between stations. Fixed price, luggage handled throughout, and timing calculated to ensure you make your connection. Please provide both your arriving train number and your departing train number at booking.

Is the Eurostar arrival zone different from other platforms at Gare du Nord?

Yes. Eurostar uses a dedicated terminal within Gare du Nord with its own passport control, customs, and arrivals corridor — entirely separate from the domestic and Thalys platforms. Our drivers know the Eurostar arrivals zone well and position themselves at the exit of this corridor, not in the main station hall. This is why our Eurostar meet & greet is particularly effective — you find your driver before navigating the main station.

Can you book a transfer from Paris to a train station for departure?

Yes. We provide departure transfers to all Paris stations — calculating the required departure time from your address based on your train’s departure time, allowing sufficient margin for check-in (particularly for Eurostar, which requires passport control). For Eurostar, we recommend arriving at Gare du Nord at least 60 minutes before departure; we plan your departure transfer accordingly.

Do you cover smaller Paris stations and suburban stations?

Yes. In addition to the seven major Paris termini, we cover transfers to and from suburban rail stations across Île-de-France — including Versailles Château Rive Gauche, Fontainebleau-Avon, Disneyland Paris (Chessy), Roissy CDG (RER B connection), and other stations in the region. Contact us with your specific station and we will confirm pricing and logistics.
